  • Does anyone else notice that the DUP are the first faction to have members surrender in-game rather then being killed or beaten down?

    • The drug dealer/thug faction also does this, it's pretty awesome

    • Still, they're the first major faction to do it. Shouldn't we mention this somewhere?

    • We could just add that surrendering is a new gameplay mechanic on the Infamous: Second Son page.

Anyone know how the smoke subduing actually works? As far as I can tell it's just smoke surrounding the person, but I could be wrong.

He punches them in the face, which knocks them down, and then covers them in this swirling thing of smoke

    • Probably subs them the same way that Cole did. Conduit powers are less literal and more like fuel for other abilities - so in reality it's impossible to restrain someone with electrical restraints - but a conduit can essentially manipulate the properties of their element to different effects.

Same with healing - cole and delsin aren't just shooting them with volts or smoke, they're transfering their energy to them in the same for as it heals themselves.
