The Adamson Building was an old building by the harbor of the Warren bureau at Empire City. During one mission, Cole MacGrath met up with undercover agent John White. Other than a meeting place, the building appears to been inhabited by the Dust Men most of the time, with 2 or 3 of them present at the area and roof of the building.
